4.4 Pricing Errors
In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and provide a full refund. We are not obligated to honor incorrect prices displayed due to technical errors, human error, or other causes.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
5.1 Cancellation by Guest
Cancellation policies vary by property and booking type. Please review the specific cancellation policy for your booking, which will be provided at the time of booking and in your confirmation email.
General cancellation terms (subject to specific property policies):
- Free Cancellation: Full refund if canceled within the specified free cancellation period

- Non-Refundable: Some bookings may be non-refundable as indicated at the time of booking
5.2 Cancellation by Hazel Spaces
We reserve the right to cancel bookings in the following circumstances:
- Property becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control
- Guest violates these Terms or engages in illegal activities
- Technical errors or system malfunctions result in incorrect bookings
- Payment processing issues or suspected fraud
In such cases, we will provide a full refund and, when possible, assist you in finding alternative accommodations.
5.3 Modification of Bookings
Modification requests are subject to availability and property policies. Fees may apply for modifications. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify your booking.
5.4 Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment provider. Refund processing times may vary.
6. Property Use and Guest Responsibilities
6.1 Permitted Use
You agree to use the property only for:
- Lawful purposes consistent with residential accommodation
- The number of guests specified in your booking
- Commercial activities only if expressly permitted by the property and Hazel Spaces
6.2 Prohibited Activities
You agree NOT to:
- Exceed the maximum occupancy specified for the property
- Host parties or events without prior written authorization
- Engage in illegal activities or violate local laws
- Cause damage to the property, its contents, or surrounding areas
- Disturb neighbors or other guests
- Smoke in non-smoking properties or areas
- Bring pets unless expressly permitted
- Use the property for commercial purposes without authorization
- Sublet or transfer your booking to another party
6.3 Damage and Liability
You are responsible for any damage, loss, or theft that occurs during your stay. We may charge your payment method for repair costs, replacement costs, or additional cleaning fees. In cases of significant damage, we reserve the right to pursue legal action.
6.4 Check-In and Check-Out
You agree to comply with specified check-in and check-out times. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee, subject to availability. Failure to check out on time may result in additional charges.
7. Property Descriptions and Accuracy
We strive to provide accurate descriptions, photographs, and information about our properties. However, we do not warrant that property descriptions, photographs, amenities, or other content are completely accurate, complete, or current. Property features may change, and photographs may not reflect the current condition of the property.
If you discover a significant discrepancy between the property description and the actual property, please contact us immediately. We will work to resolve the issue, which may include relocation to a comparable property or a partial refund.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 General Limitations
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hazel Spaces and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and property owners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or use
- Property damage or personal injury (except as required by law)
- Travel disruptions, delays, or cancellations
- Issues arising from third-party services or properties
8.2 Maximum Liability
Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to your use of our Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific booking in question, or one hundred US dollars ($100), whichever is greater.
8.3 Property-Specific Issues
We act as an intermediary between you and property owners. We are not responsible for the condition, safety, or maintenance of individual properties. Any disputes regarding property conditions should be directed to the property owner or our customer service team.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Hazel Spaces, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and property owners from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:
- Your use of our Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any law or regulation
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Damage or injury caused by you to any property or person
10. Intellectual Property
All content on our website and Service, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and other materials, is the property of Hazel Spaces or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

13. Force Majeure
Hazel Spaces shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these Terms due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of war, terrorism, pandemics, government actions, strikes, labor disputes, internet failures, or other force majeure events.
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by:
- Posting the updated Terms on our website with a new "Last Updated" date
- Sending email notifications to registered users (if applicable)
- Displaying prominent notices on our website
